I graduated magna cum laude from the Soma Institute for Clinical Massage Therapy in Chicago in 2004 and joined as faculty teaching staff from 2007-09. My professional experience in Chicago ranged from hospitals, rehabilitation clinics, chiropractors and a successful corporate and private practice.
My relocation to South Bay was part of my journey to fix a neck injury that wouldn't heal. I was completely non-functional and in debilitating pain for years. I thought it was a career ending injury. Actually, it was that extensive rehabilitation process that transformed me into the therapist I am now.
My journey to avoid neck fusion surgery comprised many steps. It included traction therapy, ligament stabilization, physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, therapeutic bodywork, and ergo dynamically altering every aspect of my life. I am forever grateful to the many practitioners that helped me along the way and the education it brings to my practice.
Now, I take all that experience and knowledge to help others with chronic issues and injuries regain hope and progress into a more pain free life.
